Whay does pre-order mean?

An order placed for products that are yet to be in stock or unavailable at the time of purchase. Dispatch dates vary and are usually listed in the product description.

What is a dispatch date?

The dispatch date is the day your order is shipped out to you.

I ordered a preorder item aling with other items, why hasn't my order been shipped?

Your complete order cannot be shipped until the dispatch date of your preordered item. If you would prefer to have available products in your order shipped before the dispatch date, additional delivery fees will apply.

How do I return/exchange?

All items not listed as final sale are exchange only. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Packages that exceed the number of days for return will be mailed back to the sender.

How do I cancel an order?

In the case that your order hasn’t been shipped, we will issue a full refund to you on non-preordered items. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
